Shipping policy

We do not currently offer rural delivery due to supplier courier restrictions. Please ensure a non-rural delivery address is provided at checkout. Suitable alternatives include workplace or urban residential addresses.

Please allow 10 working days for dispatch of your order.  Due to the extensive range of products we offer, not all items are held in stock. Some products may need to be ordered from our distributors upon your order. As a result, dispatch times can vary based on the specific item and brand. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Please ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is chosen for delivery. We may add a signature required service at our discretion. Please contact us if you require a signature on delivery.

If an order has not been received or mis-delivered, notification of this must be made within 30 days of the dispatch date in order for a claim to be covered.
